The "fall" in Autumn

We had a significant frost last night. This morning it was sunny and as I was looking out my front window, I could watch my maple gently let go of its leaves. It was very pretty and serene, much like looking at a campfire or listening to water flowing. This video clip captures it a little.

You had leaf shower! When I looked at it I thought of the photo of Pop standing in the middle of the tree.

Paula says . . . to be able to see leaves falling (today) from the very tree you and I played in when we were little on the street I grew up on and even to see a car go by today... Elswick Rd. has always been the centre for me. Thanks Deborah.

Paula says. . . I just read Elaine's comment and I thought about all the people, young and old, who have stood within the circle of trunks in your tree and had their picture taken.
