C is for Cow and Calf
In this case its a Cow Moose and calf.......
....which on closer looked turned out to be a Cow Moose and her twin calves. I was lucky enough to see this sight in Gros Morne National Park, just south of Rocky Harbour. These were the 3rd, 4th and 5th moose I saw on a recent road trip.

I haven't seen a live moose for years. It must have been a treat for you to spot them. ;-)
Oh I like your photos! The moose is so mighty in a way.
I'm also e retired teacher and I also love my dogs - now I have two puppies too :)
Great shot...how cool to see them and get the capture also...
How lovely to see them - you are lucky. A
Here moosie, moosie, moosie! I'm coming to look for you.
How sweet! Although I have heard that mother moose can be pretty protective and somewhat dangerous!
I have never seen a moose in my entire life! you are one lucky person to have sighted them on your road trip and capture them on your SD card!
Gee, you're lucky to have seen so many! And to get such great shots!
You should have gotten closer...just kidding; I wouldn't mess with mama moose!
Nice ones - impressive animals (and photos). We don't have them in our part of Norway, but I've senn plenty of them elsewhere.
Amazing creatures. Well captured.
What lush pastureland they have to roam in.
Delightful C!
I still have not seen a moose!!!
On my list.
I love road trips too.
Wonderful to see two calves.

Thanks so much for contributing!
Wow, a moose cow with twins! I have never seen more than one calf here in Montana. Is that typical in your area?
Its not typical to see twins. I've seen twins maybe four times in my life so it was a real treat.
